I am trying to build a restaurant. Yes it is new. A building has come up for sale that would work to become established. I do not have the money to invest of my own. I need either a 100% start up loan or a combination of loans. A private investor or even a co-signer for future pay on considered investment. I don't how this could be done. I have some ideas but getting a lender to them is another story. If I could come up with some money, I might be able to get the owner to carry a portion. The building is on a 21,166 Sq. Ft. Bad Credit Help - Ontario, Canada? I have a number of unpaid debts and write offs and I want to start attempting to pay them off, and settle some of the debts, so that I can begin the process of cleaning my credit history, getting a new credit card and building my credit history once again. I now make 50K$/year which was alot more than last year. All these bad accounts were caused during my college years. Any input is appreciated.

Student Loans for Bad Credit? Unfortunately, due to me being careless, I messed up my credit. I need help paying for school because my fin aid will not cover the full amount. I have credit cards, but my school does not accept credit cards as a form of payment for tuition. I also do not have a co-signer because I am on my own. I am considering calling my bank on campus to see if they can give me a loan for $1000, to cover the rest of tuition. Does anyone know if this is something banks usually do? Also, does anyone know of any other banks or companies( ex. Citi, Wachovia) who offer bad credit personal loans? PLEASE HELP!!!

Advice for getting a new car with bad credit? What are some steps i need to take to purchase a used car i need a new car but my credit is shot any advice would be great! (besides the obvious of saving up for a big down payment) is financing a bad idea? Ok Im not talking brand new right off the lot im talking about a USED car with the limit of $9,000 or so dollars....... when i say $9000 dollars i mean im not looking at a used car that cost more than that
