Is there a 5k to 10k bad credit loan with no mortgage or paid off vehicle out there? need help bad. have job?

I have good job but thats it. I need money for taxes and to get me caught up on my bills. I need a good answer and fast because im trying to better my credit not destroy it. desprately needing help! my income last year was 48k. This year i am expecting to be around 52k to 60k. is there any loan out there 2 help me? or even consider me? my credit score is decreasing with every loan application, and all have been denied. It was around 600 and now its going below 520. What do i do? Ive tried every bad credit loan offers offered by the internet. I need one of those hard to find lenders that will take a chance on me. Any other ideas would certainly help.
