  1. IF you need a car or a loan you will get a smooth rate on your interest terms very low to nothing.
  2. it wont help you from lying- bill gates does not have a 940.
  3. no you dont have a FICO of 940 -not possible -they only go to 850 -I'm work hand and hand with Certified Credit Bureau...
  4. Not many lenders use Transunion. Check your Experian and Equifax, as this is what lenders will check.
  5. If you have a high score you got the power! you can get folks to negotiate on your terms for cars and whatever else. Keep your credit clear and don't allow a lot of accessing your report. Credit inquiries lower your score. Car dealers will do it on GP now a days. Get a copy of your score. If you have a discussion about purchasing anything with anybody let them know that you do not need them to arbitrarily access your credit and looking at your credit without written permission will disqualify them from your decision. Interest rates that other people don't even hear about are available to you, be wise. The three credit bureaus post a score for you and lenders take the one in the middle. Once upon a time 600 was the ceiling. Once upon a time you could not finance a car beyond 3 years. Once upon a time if you made 80,000 and had 20,000 in debt you could afford a 120,000 home now those same numbers will get you a 200,000 home so be wise.
  6. Well it mean you will probably get good rates on loans, but it reall doesnt mean anything unless you have the income to back it up. Income is still NUMBER 1 in the eyes of lenders. Thats why me and my fiance got a excellent mortgage with only very average credit.
  7. The credit rating is used by the lender or investor to assess the risk of lending or investing money to the individual or the business.Credit ratings are usually calculated using the financial history of the person and also current assets and liabilities.Want more information???plz check http://www.acreditlibrary.com/creditrating.html
