I need a legit loan, i have bad credit and i cant pay anything up front can anyone one help???

Please help me and my family we are in soo much debt and our son has kidney problems we've tried everything but we have bad creit and have been scammed by soo many people in Nigeria its unreal, guess we should've learned our lesson the 1st time.
