where can i apply for a personal loan for 40,000.00 and get approved with 610 credit score ? pls help?

i have like 5000.00 cash how can i use it agains collaetral and i make about 2500.00 a month

1. collateral, income, other payments? without more information, no bank will touch you.
2. for a loan that large you will need to have some sort of collateral and your score should be higher than 610 check with your local loan officer and find out what their credit requirements are; but im pretty sure you will need a higher credit score than what you have
3. I don't think even a loan shark would make you a loan that large. With a questionable FICO score and a large loan amount there is no way anyone will lend without collateral.
