can anyone help me figure out where I can find a credit card for myself who has BAD credit and no bank account

2. Honestly you will have to get a pre paid one and start using that one for a couple months, then you will have to try for a target card, they are pretty easy to get. But honestly you will probably have to get a bank account. But not always. I would then try for a Macy's account. But always pay you bill the day you buy on your acct. then you will get a higher spending limit in a few months. Try that it worked for my aunt...

I would recommend piggybacking on a friend or family...they make you an authorized user on one of their accounts, and after a short time this begins to show up on your credit history, boosting your score. You can also get pre-paid credit cards, where the credit extended is based on your deposit with the institution; this gets you credit established again but does require capital. The fastest way to improve this is through paying off the debts you do have or utilizing credit repair.
4. Do you currently have any credit cards? It might be easier to have the limit raised on a card you currently have. You could also apply for a secured credit card. This might require you to deposit between 100% and 200% of the total amount of credit limit you are applying for. Wells Fargo offers a Free Checking account. It might help you to open an account with them and apply for their Secured Credit Card. You would need to check with them to see if the card would be listed as a Secured Card on your Credit Report, though. If it does, you would want to find one that doesn't show up as a Secured Card on your Report. Good Luck.
