I need a program in Baltimore that can help you buy a house with bad credit. Can u help?

I want to buy a house, but my credit is poor. I want to know if there are any programs out there that can help you buy a house and get your credit straight?

  1. A mortgage doesn't help you pay down your debt, it just adds another debt on top of what you already owe. The only thing you can do is have the seller give you money outside of closing (title company and lender can't know about it) and you use this money to pay down your debt. Any mortgage broker can help people with poor credit, as long as the score isn't too low.
  2. Flipping houses is a great profession to be in. I currently flip houses for a living, and have had a blast making hundred's of thousands of dollars. The key is to do as much work as you can on your own. Did you know that you can make $40,000 + on a house, and never even own it? Take a look at my website - I just put it online last month - Please realize that Flipping Houses is not a "Get Rich Quick" Scam! Do as much research as possible before starting on your first flip - http://www.learntofliphouses.com Kind Regards and Good Luck! Adam Monforton
  3. Check out the More House 4 Less program. I'm not sure what the minimum credit score is to qualify but you can get downpayment assistance up to $5,000 (for a while it was up to $10,000). Rates are pretty low as well. You might want to sit down with a mortgage lender to see what you qualify for. I usually recommend a banker because they don't charge fees, but if your credit is low enough to put you into the sub-prime category you may need to see a broker who will charge fees but can shop around to find you the best overall loan package. A good lender will be willing to work with you and tell you what you need to do to bring your credit scores back up. It may take some time but I've heard of people getting back on track in as little as six months. The better your credit the better your rate and the more money you'll save over the next 30 years. Good luck.
  4. Bad credit is one of the worst problems to have... however there exists a solution. I will hereby talk from my personal experience. I did debt consolidation a couple of years ago, however If I had to do it again I would pay to some minor details, if someone wants to get out of debt today it is pretty easy with a debt consolidation plan, however it may get a bit tricky at times, I suggest you get as much information as possible online on this first, a good place to start in my humble opinion is astraight to the point ebook with question and answer I found : http://umgarticles.atspace.com/debt-consolidation.htm if it helps kindly remember me in your voting!.. cheers!
