Is it possible to use my wifes name for the good credit and use my income to obtain a loan.I have bad credit.?

I have really bad credit,but have income. My wife has good credit, but no income.

To answer your actual question and not try to sell you anything ... No. It is not possible to use someone else's credit and your income for a loan. While your state may recognize a married couple's ownership of a house as one entity, banks only consider the individual. Still there are loan programs for people with low income and stellar credit. Ask your LOCAL mortgage broker about Stated Income or No Doc loans. Good Luck!
