Can I obtain a home loan with a credit score of ?
Would I be approved for a home loan with a 728 credit score and 10% down? The house is 130k. Just would like some opinions before any inquires are added to my report.

- 728 is a good score. I would hope so, but I don't really know for sure.
- Probably yes but it will depend on your annual income, your income to debt ratio, and how long you have been at your job. Look into first time home buyer programs that offer grants.

First, get a free credit report from this website: https://www.annualcreditreport.com/cra/index.jsp Each mortgage company can use the same report without having them place inquiries to your report. With a credit score of 728 and 10% down, you shouldn't have a problem with getting approved unless your debt ratios are high. Hope this helps.
