- no, your insurance bill is not debt it is a living expense
- no. but by signing that contract with your provider,and you dont pay,they list you as a risk.. not very fair is it. they also run your cresit when you get insurance. good luck
- Yes..every bill you pay on time counts. Some companies will even be good enough to send you a letter saying you are a good payer. Never leave the phone bill - it is a big one on the credit ratings.
