2. no. but by signing that contract with your provider,and you dont pay,they list you as a risk.. not very fair is it. they also run your cresit when you get insurance. good luck
3. Yes..every bill you pay on time counts. Some companies will even be good enough to send you a letter saying you are a good payer. Never leave the phone bill - it is a big one on the credit ratings.
