credit score with secured credit card?
I am a new immigrant and waiting for my SSN. So I applied for a citibank secured credit card to help establish my credit score. After a couple of months use on the card, can I check with Experian and others on my credit score WITHOUT supplying my SSN?!?!?!

- I don't believe so as the social security number is what is used as an identifier to start a credit file.
- Yes. Use whatever ITIN, fake SSN, or other identification number you gave to Citibank. Note that you are not really establishing a credit score. They keep a separate score for each number; you will need a credit score for your SSN, and you cannot begin to establish that until you have obtained credit using your SSN.
