Equifax Credit Score comparison with other bureaus?
My Equifax credit score is 680 while my Experian credit score is 765and my TransUnion credit score is 770.I just don’t get it, why is it much lower than other bureaus. I have no late fee, no Derogatory Information, and/or any other issue that lower my Equifax score. Does any body has the same problem or anybody has any answer for this?

- I have heard of this happening. It has happened to me, however, Equifax has an error on my report that I can't seem to get deleted. But in your case, I'm not sure why it happens, but it isn't uncommon though. I will be watching your question! :)
- Everyone has that problem. Equifax uses FICO. Experian and TransUnion sell you Vantage. Vantage has a different scale -- 990 vs FICO's 850. If you get your credit score from a third party monitoring service, you are probably getting a Fakko score -- their own formula. Best place to get your real FICO score for all three credit bureaus is MyFico.com. Even there, your score will be different for each bureau, but the difference probably won't be as large. Not all creditors report to all three bureaus and there is a slight difference in the calculation formula between the bureaus. Don't obsess over your score. Check your credit reports annually for accuracy and pay all your bills on time. Your score will take care of itself.
