What credit score do potential employers look for?

I have a job interview with a company that will be doing a credit check on me, does anyone know what score they consider too be unacceptable?

  1. Employers don't look at score. Credit score is a default predictor. Employers arent' interested in that criteria. Employers are search to see if you live beyond your means.
  2. Employers are looking at your whole credit report, not your score. They want to see how you manage finances.
  3. I've never heard of any employer actually checking that - it costs them money to get that info
