How can someone with bad credit get a Loan to purchase rural land?

Single Mother, in a bad car accident several years ago...result bad credit from collection companies for unpaid medical bills I want to buy two acres of land, I have no money for downpayment, can anyone point me to a lender that does lot land or land loans with a credit score of 549.

2. Yes You Can!!! I also have bad credit and was looking for land and a home. I got a FHA loan. Just got approved last week. I was able to get 3 acres and a brand new double wide. Yes I did have to put a down payment but it was small. Good thing is that everything else is included in the loan. Check with your local banks.
3. only a private investor is your only hope on land only loan
4. Find someone with good credit to buy it for you. Most of the new housing programs want you to have a score of 620, and then they want you to get a house on property, not just property.
