where can i find a home loan with a bad credit score?

i have searched and always fall short i only need 24,000 for the home please help

2. You won't. And, to add, if you are only trying to finance a 24k home, most lenders won't waste their time with that either. It just isn't enough $$$. Most want the mortgage to be 50 or 75k at least.
3. You can look for a house with seller financing. Qualifying isn't as difficult with them. If you find a house you like that doesn't offer seller financing you could ask the seller if they would consider carriying the note. They could sell the note to a private investor at closing and never have to carry it. You would then be making payments to the investor. So, you get a house, the seller gets his cash and the investor gets his investment. Everyone wins.
