Where can i get approved for a car loan even though i have bad credit?

Isn't there a commercial or something about bein pre-approved for a car even if you have bad credit with no money down as long as you have a job and you can pay a hundred some dollars a month? I had a forclosure on my home a couple of years ago and is needing a new car soon. Any help would be appriciated! Thanks!!

1. Thumbs down to the 1st answer. If a few yrs have passed by, all is not lost. First thing you need to do is talk with the bank you currently do business with. I'm sure they will see the foreclosure as an issue. But if you have been very good on all other bills, I would at least try. If you set up with them a payback plan that will be auto deducted from your acct, that would be a good thing. It rebuilds credit much faster than mailing a check. Those commercials & web sites saying they can get you approved will stab you in the heart with killer interest rates. As if your money issues were bad enough, the last thing you want is to toss it out the window at 22% or worse. There is also the option of a co-signer. Right now b/c banks are so tight w/ their money, you need to be sure your income will be stable & you have been at your job 1+ yrs. Stability is now the key thing banks look for in who they decide gets a loan. There was a time when that wasn't a priority, but that time has come & gone. G'luck!
