Is there a Business loan available for start-up business with no credit or bad credit?

Hi, Me and my partner want to open a business, we have half of the funds available but the rest we need a loan. The problem is this is a new business so it has no credit and both me and my partner have not so great credit. Are there any other alternatives than banks? or banks that give 2nd chance business loans?? Any ideas?
