I have a Bad Credit. Where to go for Auto Loan?

I have a Bad Credit so it is really hard for me to get a loan but I was able to get a close friend to cosign for me. However, my friend has just an OK credit. What are the chances of me getting a Used Car auto loan approved? I'm seeking a loan of $10,500. Which places do I have the best chance in (ex: credit union, bank, dealer)??
