Can i re fiance my house with bad credit my fi co score is around?

590-600 Have an adjustable rate and i want to re fiance to get a fixed rate is now a good time can i do it with bad credit?

1. With that low of a score you are still going to pay a high rate to refinance. What is the maximum rate that your adjustable can be raised to? If that is still better than any fixed rate you could get now then keep what you have and refi later when you can improve your score.
